Pricing FAQ

What happens during the 7-day trial?+

You need a card at signup, which Stripe uses to prevent abuse, but nothing is charged for 7 days. You get everything, the members' Discord included. Ask Market Hunt has a smaller daily allowance until the trial converts. Cancel any time from /account → Billing portal and you pay nothing if you cancel before your trial ends. When the 7 days are up, your card is charged $99 (or $831.99 if you chose yearly).

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. Go to /account → Open billing portal → Cancel. Cancelling ends your Pro access, Discord included.

Monthly vs yearly?+

Yearly is about 30% cheaper than paying monthly (it works out to $69.33/mo). There's no commitment beyond the period you bought.

Is the Discord included?+

Yes. The members-only Discord is part of Pro, trial included. Connect it from your Account page and our bot adds you with the Pro role. If your subscription ends or a payment fails, the bot removes you from the server.

Is anything free?+

Yes: the SPY and XAUUSD boards at /levels/SPY and /levels/XAUUSD, no card. The levels and the chart's candles run 15 minutes behind. Everything else is Pro.

Refunds?+

If you cancel during the trial you're charged $0, so there's nothing to refund. After the trial, refunds are case by case — message us from the Contact page.
